Basic Bookkeeping 


Hourly rate is $50. 

Includes the following:

*There will be a minimum monthly charge of $150 for small businesses that don't require a lot of work hours.

Step 1


One of the critical tasks in Bookkeeping is categorizing transactions, which involves assigning specific expense or income categories to each transaction. Categorizing transactions appropriately is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and generating meaningful reports.

Step 2


After all your month's transaction have been correctly categorized (Step 1)

we will review your accounts to make sure they match your bank and credit card statements. This process is called reconciling.

Step 3

Monthly Reporting

At the end of each month, after completing Steps 1 and 2, we will provide you with the 3 most important monthly financial reports for small business owners looking to get a better understanding of their business
